In order to provide FREE DELIVERY and keep the prices attractive for ALL our products, we seek your understanding that the shipping duration will vary depending on the products and the geographical location of the countries. While some customers may receive their items within a period of 10 days, the average delivery period is normally between 2 - 3 weeks. The items may even take longer to be delivered in some countries.

We will usually include the tracking code whenever possible and inform you of the estimated delivery time. Unfortunately, some deliveries may not include any tracking codes as such we may not be able to provide you with those details. Feel free to email us to make inquiries or request to for Delivery to be Expedited and we try to meet your request and advice on the additional cost the soonest. Refund, Privacy, and Terms of Service

Refunds

100% satisfaction is guaranteed for all products purchased at full price. If you are not completely happy with your purchase within the first 30 days after receiving your items, email us and we will exchange or return your item based on your preference.

We are unable to offer you a refund or exchange after 30 days of receiving the item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable and consumable goods such as beauty & slimming products, food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned.

To complete your return, we require some details to be verified. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable). Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If it is approved, then we will process your refund application, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at sales@ubellestyle.com.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@ubellestyle.com and send your item to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach us may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

International Shipments

International shipments may incur a customs cost, this cost is the responsibility of the customer.  However, some orders may not incur a customs cost at all.

 

FAQ

"Why is the material inside not written in English?"
To eliminate a retail markup, we've requested that the overseas manufacturers package and ship directly to you so that you can save on unnecessary retail markup.

"Why does it take a bit longer than usual to get me?"
The items are shipped directly to you from the individual overseas manufacturers.

"Why did my packages arrive separately?"
Orders are placed and shipped from the individual manufacturers that create the product. Your orders will be placed, processed and shipped at the same time and should arrive in close proximity to each other dependant of their shipping methods.
